Our Services

  • Whether you’re recovering from injury or committed to boosting your performance, our expert team knows how to see past surface level symptoms and get to the root of the issue—so you can shift from your pain to your peak in the least amount of time.

With appointments longer than the industry standard and physiotherapists experienced in difficult cases, we use a variety of techniques to help activate healing and improve quality of life, including:

    • Injury assessment and diagnosis

    • Injury rehab (and prehab)

    • Dry needling and soft tissue massage

    • Joint mobilisation and manipulation

    • Running, gait and movement analysis

    • Strength & mobility assessment and goal setting

    • Training load discussions and advice tailored to your goals

  • Our musculoskeletal screenings provide a full body flexibility and strength assessment tailored to your sport, injury history and goals. From there, a program can be given to address any areas for improvement to help you achieve your goals.

  • Our massage therapists offer soft tissue massage tailored to your requirements, whether your goal is relaxation, improved muscle flexibility or sports massage. Dry needling is also available upon request, which research suggests improves pain control and releases muscle tension.

  • Performance psychologist Mindy Simpson and sports psychologist Sandy Gordon are both experts in helping people realise their full potential—on and off the sporting field.

  • Simone Allen and her Nutrition Works team operate out of multiple clinics in Perth, including Ascend, while juggling the nutrition needs of the West Coast Eagles. Nutrition Works provides practical and realistic nutrition advice to everyone from elite athletes to the general public, helping people achieve long-term lifestyle changes for improved wellness. Learn more and book an appointment on her website.

  • Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis and we offer small group exercise and education sessions that are aimed specifically at reducing its painful effects.

  • Exercise physiologists are experts in the design and delivery of exercise programs for those with acute, sub-acute and chronic injuries or conditions. We offer one-on-one or small group exercise classes that can be targeted at rehabilitation goals, or simply to improve your overall health, strength and fitness. We also offer strength and mobility assessment and programming to assist in achieving your individual goals.
